Omar Ashraf Abuzied

Omar Abuzied holds a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from MSA university and the University of Greenwich, where he graduated in July of 2023 as the faculty's top ranked student. His academic journey has been enriched with diverse experiences including university projects, internships, and competitions, showcasing his dedication and passion. His graduation project involved the design and implementation of a Flight Simulator Platform and Force Feedback Peripherals, where he demonstrated exceptional proficiency in areas of modeling, mechanical design, and developing advanced motion cueing implementations of various control algorithms. This success led him to achieve distinct grades in both the Egyptian and British project discussions and the publishing of 2 related academic papers as well as numerous exhibit appearances including the Cairo International Exhibit of Innovation and the Annual Military Technical College Fair. Professionally, Omar worked as a machine learning engineer where he utilized his skills in programming, deep learning frameworks, and embedded systems. Currently, Omar is Working as a teaching assistant in the EAS Faculty where he instructs core subjects, mainly Physics.
