NUCA towers in Alamein - Orascom Field Trip

A site visit was organized by the Civil infrastructure and engineering management program (CIEM) in 2019 to NUCA (New Urban Communities Authority) towers in Alamein in cooperation with Orascom construction company. The NUCA Towers occupies one of the most prominent locations in Al Alamein City, designed to the high standards of a fourth-generation city. The students were given a brief presentation on the construction site safety measures, rules, and regulations that each civil engineer must know.

The students have also seen different types of footings. Moreover, our beloved students could visit the other construction sites and see the latest technologies used in reinforcing concrete, such as post-tension.
