Abstract
This project aims to revolutionize the design and optimization of multi-stage parabolic trough solar collectors (PTCs) to address the limitations of conventional PTC systems, such as inefficiency and high costs for home applications. The research focuses on developing a novel design that integrates multiple stages of heat absorption and transfer mechanisms, leveraging cutting-edge materials, sophisticated tracking mechanisms, and optimized geometrical configurations to capture and convert solar energy with unprecedented efficiency. Computational modeling and simulation are used to scrutinize the system's performance across diverse operating conditions and environmental contexts. The project also explores the economic viability and practical implementation considerations of the multi-stage PTC system, including manufacturing, analysis, and comparison with conventional counterparts.
