Plan and control project using bar chart, S-curve and LOB methods. Draw and calculate project networks for planning and scheduling using CPM, Proceeding and PERT methods. Construction method statement, resource allocation and leveling and time cost scheduling.
1. Demonstrate planning and scheduling methods (bar chart, S-curve, CPM, PERT, Proceeding and resource scheduling)
2. Ability to identify project plans, control, method statement & organization
3. Draw the project networks and estimate total project duration
4. Estimate and draw project resource allocation/leveling and cost scheduling
5. Create WBS, project schedule & resource histogram
6. Work in a team environment
7. Search for information and refer to relevant literatures
