ARUD Students Hosted at Dar Group
We are happy that ARUD students were hosted at "Dar Group". Special thanks to Dr. Osama Elmassah for his valuable input to the students and his lecture on "Environmental design and LEED rating system". Dr. Ossama has been LEED Faculty since 2016 and LEED AP+D since 2009. His M.Sc. and Ph.D. are in architecture and environmental design with a special focus on sustainability at the urban design level. The Dr. Hazem Ezzat Award for Excellence in Scientific Research goes to Dr. Ahmed Sultan, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Nile University. Dr. Ahmed Sultan received his MA and Ph.D. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University in 2014, where he won the award for the best thesis from the university. Welcome on board Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Afifi our new member of the Mechanical Engineering Program at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Nile University. Dr. Mohamed Afifi has a bachelor’s degree in 2008 and a master’s degree in 2012 in Mechanical Production Engineering from Benha University, Faculty of Engineering Shoubra, Egypt. Then he obtained his Ph.D. from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China in 2019 in the Materials processing research group, then a research fellow at Brunel University in the UK until July 2022.
