Welcome on board Dr. Mahmoud Mohamed Emam Shaaban as Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Program at School of Engineering - Nile University. He is also a Professional Engineer with extensive academic and industrial experience in Fluid-Structure Interaction, Structural Dynamics, and Vibration. Mahmoud is an alumnus of Cairo University and has a Ph.D. from Ontario Tech University in Canada. Mahmoud lectured Engineering Students at the Bachelor level in fundamental and advanced courses, including Vibration, Combustion, and Structural Dynamics.

Congratulations to both Eng. Marwa Feraig Ibrahim, an instructor at Nile University and Dr. Rasha Eltyebany, an assistant professor from EAEA Egypt Atomic Energy Authority, for receiving the first Master's in Nuclear Safeguards in the world. ARUD program at Nile University had the great pleasure of hosting Associate Professor Samer El-Sayary. The lecture is concerned with the recent technological advancements in architectural design. MENG program was very pleased to host a visit from STEM ALEX school. The Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering Program at Nile University hosted a large number of outstanding students from STEM ALEX school, and professors played a major role in introducing students to the school of Engineering, its specializations, and job opportunities available in the labor market.

CIEM program Football League

CIEM Program works on providing students with entertaining social life on Campus along with academics thence, CIEM organizes a Football League under Dr. Emad Bakhoum's supervision. Students, Professors, TAs, coordinators, and the program director got to know each other and socialize to share lots of unforgettable moments shared at the NU campus. After the success of the event, the program director decided to make it a periodical event that is held every Thursday.

EAS Innospace Academy Visit

A group of 30 students from some STEM/ National schools targeted the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Nile University. A team of engineers and faculty members explained in detail the programs and tracks of Engineering and how the Project-based learning system at Nile university works, with the aim of contributing to the development of the Egyptian education system to become competency-based learning. In addition, they made sure to explain the laboratories assigned to each program and how they are used periodically by students in projects.
