VR Lab

The virtual reality lab accommodates all features and requirements to integrate stereoscopic virtual space and digital media technologies to compliment the human architecture design talents and expertise acquired during the studio sessions in the program. This lab includes VR headsets equipped with design tools for the students integrated in a virtual environment allowing students to communicate, immerse and walkthrough in stereoscopic virtual 3D models. Virtual site in a near-real form can be brought to them into the shared learning virtual environment developed. This is achieved through hardware (10 PC workstations + 8 VR headsets) LED 3D screen systems, design software, multimedia and internet-based communication systems.
