Communicate effectively – graphically, verbally and in writing – with
a range of audiences using contemporary tools.Design, model and analyze an electrical, electronic, microwave and
optical system or component for a specific ICT application and
identify the tools required to optimize this design.Classify and evaluate the applications and market segments in the
ICT market to create a specific ICT product including estimation of
the required resources.Design, integrate, and test analog and digital, discrete and
integrated, electronic circuits to realize specific functions, using the
right equipment, and under specific design constraints.Use appropriate specialized software packages, write computer
programs, and use relevant laboratory equipment for the analysis
and design of electronics and communications components and
systems.
